The Gorgeous Cruiser Campaign period is from April 7th to April 16th 1:59 (UTC). Please be aware that you must complete the Common Route before you can take part in the event.
Collecting
As you read the Main Story and go on Interviews during the campaign, you can receive
- 1 Shell for every Love Pass that you use
- 10 Shells for every Level you gain
- 10 Shells for every Avatar and Trust Factor Mission you clear
- 5 Shells for selecting an Ending
- 10 Shells for clearing a character
- 1 to 5 Shells for every 250 Trust Factor you gain (Does not include Trust Factor gained from being invited to Interviews by friends. Thanks to ChloeCat for informing me!)
- 1 Shell for every 250 Trust Factor
- 1 Shell for every 500 Trust Factor
- 5 Shells for every 750 Trust Factor
Prizes
Collecting Shells will allow you to receive special presents such as interior items and Room Parts to turn your VIP Room into a Gorgeous Cruiser. In between, you will also receive other items such as Salary, Snack Bars, and Storage Space.
VIP Room Base Parts
You will receive
- Cruise Floor (1st Level) when you reach 25 Shells
- Cruise Balcony when you reach 65 Shells
- Cruise Handrail (1st Level) when you reach 130 Shells
- Cruise Handrail (2nd Level) when you reach 250 Shells
- Cruise Floor (2nd Level) when you reach 350 Shells
- Cruise Wallpaper when you reach 530 Shells
- Sea Wallpaper when you reach 590 Shells
Interior Items
There are six interior items, and collecting them all will give you a total of 520 Glamour.
You will receive
- Mint Blue Door (Glamour: 30) when you reach 10 Shells
- Swim Ring Mirror (Glamour: 30) when you reach 290 Shells
- White Sofa (Glamour: 150) when you reach 330 Shells
- Suitcase Table (Glamour: 60) when you reach 375 Shells
- White Staircase (Glamour: 100) when you reach 425 Shells
- Daybed with Side Table (Glamour: 150) when you reach 475 Shells
Avatar Items
There are three avatar items, and collecting them all will give you a total of 310 Glamour.
You will receive
- Straw Hat (Brown) (Glamour: 30) when you reach 35 Shells
- Blue Lashes Eyemake (Glamour: 80) when you reach 145 Shells
- Vacation Dress (Pink) (Glamour: 200) when you reach 560 Shells
Early Clear Bonus
If you reach 370 Shells by April 13th 1:59:59 (CST), you will receive the Wavy Hair with Bangs (Ash Pink) avatar item worth 200 Glamour.
Ranking
If you make it in the ranking at the end of the Campaign, you will receive a Gingham Dress avatar item worth 300 Glamour.

It doesn’t seem as though increases in trust your trust factor from being invited to participate in interviews count toward obtaining shells… Do you happen to know if that is correct, or have I missed something?

I just checked and got Trust Factor for being invited to Interview, but it didn’t change the number of Trust Factor on the Campaign page. :\ They should have been more specific about that….

April 8, 2015 at 3:48 pmWhen I got the Cruise Balcony, it didn’t seem to show up at first, but after I took off the Cruise “room base” and put it back on it showed up. Maybe that might work for your Handrail? Could be worth a try!

As for the Balcony Handrail, I have no idea D: I haven’t collected enough Shells to get that far…. I’m looking through the Redecorate thing and there’s a tab that says “Balcony”. Nothing happens when I tap it, though that might be due to the fact that I literally have nothing else but a table and a door. Have you tried looking there?
Edit: OH PFFT I didn’t see ChloeCat’s response! You should try that out first. I think she’s more familiar with it than I am.

April 9, 2015 at 8:18 amI got the balcony handrail, but it seems that it didn’t appear in my redecorate inventory. What can I do?
April 10, 2015 at 5:31 amIt won’t show up separately in your inventory. It’ll be “bulked” together with everything else and will show up in one icon, so you can’t put on only the handrail. If you want to put on the handrail, you’ll have to put on everything else that says “(Base)” in the Prizes list. You can also see an explanation in the game by going to the Campaign page, scroll to the bottom and tap “How to play”, and scroll down again and tap the yellow “How to change Room Base” button, which will open a small story-like explanation by Satsuki.
In your Redecorate menu, tap and drag the tabs or tap the right arrow to find the “Room Base” tab and go to it. If you tap on the one current icon that shows one of the Gorgeous Cruiser items, it will apply all the items that you currently have.

All items will be “bulked” into one icon in your Room Base tab, so selecting that one icon will apply all of the Gorgeous Cruiser room base items to our VIP Room. This makes it so that they will all be applied at the same time instead of only applying them one at a time or separately.
If they still do not show up when applying it to your VIP Room, then you should contact Support through the app and let them know about it by going to Support > Contact Us > Support Inquiry Form.
